The US Open

It's been hectic here in Queens. Who would have thought that Kew Gardens could be so thrilling. I have no voice mail from the month construction they are doing on my street from putting in a new water main to accommodate all the development in my area. (Noise, dust, trucks, no water from 8-4; they say this is the last day? I say, HA, HA, HA.) There was the all night worry from the hurricane which I posted about earlier this week. Then the earthquake I experienced in my Starbucks office which still doesn't have power...in Little Neck. (Actually, it may have...I didn't check.) And to top off all of this excitement the US Open is here! I will post about this during the next weeks, my concerns and my impressions.
