ENOUGH! Derelict, Criminal Trump Death Threated Speaker Mike Johnson into the Speakership in a Psychotic Fit of Rage Which Republicans Support

Michael Moore said it all in the following paragraph. 

"Right wing Congressman from Louisiana, Mike Johnson, helped lead the 2021 coup attempt by 147 Republicans to stop Joe Biden from taking his legal oath of office for the position he won — President of the United States. Today, all those Republican traitors who are still serving were joined by every single House Republican present to name coup leader Johnson as the new Speaker of the House."

After the Republicans outsted Kevin McCarthy as Republican Majority Leader and Speaker of the House, effected by the MAGAS who voted him out, the chaos in the Republican party has been historic. Donald Trump, the four time criminal accused, twice impeached president elected with the massive help of Vladimir Putin, has encouraged death threats to all who oppose him in his party. Those who voted against his MAGA candidate for speaker received death threats. These are repeated and pernicious threats, his typical MO, as indicated by his former lawyer Michael Cohen, who is testifying against him in Trump's New York fraud trial, because Cohem knows first-hand Trump's intimate relationship with fraud, lies, criminal behavior, disloyalty to the constitution and anyone but himself.

Kevin McCarthy is a slave of the Trump Party. Republicanism is dead because he has no courage.

After proposing individuals who were moderates for the speaker-ship, in other words, those who didn't support Trump's illegal and treasonous overthrow of the 2020 election, the Republican conference en masse, motivated by intense fear of being killed by Trumpers or primaried, instigated by Trump, voted for Mike Johnson. Johnson, is a Trump surrogate. It is like having Trump as speaker.  He is as inexperienced, derelict, criminal, negligent and incapable of leading as is Trump. Indeed, he "got" the "leadership" because he can't lead. He can only shout, yell and make loud braying noises, though allegedly, he is a gentleman. 

 Brett Kavanaugh lied under oath about his position regarding stare decisis. His fury and anger were coached by Trump, the MAGA wussy way of powerlessness.

Indeed? This recalls to mind the nature of Justice Brett Kavanaugh when Trump put his dirty fingers on him. Justice Kavanaugh was mild mannered before Trump coached him at the hearing which was supposed to determine Kavanaugh's credibility and probity as a justice. He became an argumentative, lunatic liar in front of those who were to accept or reject his candidacy. He insulted the woman who accused him of rape. He lied about stare decisis and a woman's right to choose. He is against citizen rights. He is for corporations and his handlers who vitiated his $250,000 credit card debts. Kavanaugh, a Trumper, is learning the fine art of corruption and fraud, like Justice Alito has and Justice Clarence Thomas and complicit Justice John Roberts. These men have turned their SC Justice tenured positions into a money making billion dollar sinecure.

Thus, Johnson will adopt the insulting, argumentative, abrasive and bellicose way of Trump, the hallmark of Trump's macho "winning," in reality he is the epitome and representative of a MAGA loser. If Trump weren't such a loser (if you win something, you don't try to the death to prove it-thus, psychologically it is apparent he lost), he wouldn't be braying to the contrary. And this is the point. If Trump were God Himself, which some duped MAGAS think, he still would be struggling to "win," "get over," "scam." Trump knows no peace. He is in a constant state of self-hate and denialism and discontent. He can never win enough because he can never be satisfied. Such an individual cannot lead. They cannot even find their way out of a shoe box. 

Putin helped to elect Trump. What did the two men discuss during the Helsinki meeting? The American people have a right to know. Deals made, money, Ukraine, Zelensky, all of it, most probably.

 

Trump was happy and chanted "Hang, hang," in reference to assassinating Mike Pence for standing up to Trump and not rejecting the ballots for Biden's win. Pence stood up for the nation.

He can only demean, bully and disrespect individuals around him, white men like him, making them his slaves. For all intents and purposes, Trump has made the Republican House members eunuchs. Any women there don't count. He has castrated the Republican men. Castrated them. Indeed, all are negligently impotent nihilists, incapable of forward movement. Welcome Mike Johnson as Trump's eunuch and slave leader. This is not mafia behavior. This is far worse because there is no honor with Trump. There is only cavernous, insatiable lust to make others eat his feces and make a mess with his dirty diapers. Because Mike Johnson turned to Trumpism's craven, criminal loutishness in rejecting the peaceful transfer of power, Trump will attempt to use him as an instrument to enslave the nation to his will.

It won't work. The American people cannot accept traitors in our government and a selfish, demented psychotic who is out for revenge if he becomes president. Principle in his achievement is Trump's galactic incompetence, his dereliction, his negligence and his abject masochism and thirst for humiliation as a loser. We must help Trump and the traitorous Republican House out of their misery. All must be voted out. These weird, wussy men don't belong. They are the opposite of manliness. They have no courage no BALLS to stand up for the truth and for what is right. Joe Biden won the election. Trump attempted to steal the election and failed and lost and now, he has been criminally indicted. He is a fraud. He is a liar and a loser. God hates liars.

The process used to bring in Mike Johnson was corruptly railroaded by Trump, who used extortionary influence and death threats to get a MAGA in. The Republicans have no individual power of their own. Slaves of Trump, they can only do nothing, be nothing, loathe themselves. They are derelict and unworthy. ENOUGH! VOTE THEM OUT!

Trump's Continuous Abuse of his First Amendment Rights Must be Gagged

 

Trump rails about his first amendment rights. Too bad he is not so forgiving when someone in the press or on TV speaks out against him. Rosie O'Donnell spoke to defend a Miss America candidate by suggesting  something to the effect that Trump wasn't as great as he presented himself to be and she referred to his being in debt and is close to bankruptcy.

Her comments released a barrage of horrific epithets against her as a woman, deriding her appearance in the most demeaning manner. The next thing I knew, she was off the Rosie O'Donnell Show. What? Of course Trump does that to every woman who challenges him. Carly Fiorina, the women who spoke about his groping in the E. Jean Carroll case he derided their appearances. E. Jean Carroll has gotten her day in court, however, by suing Trump twice. Perhaps the second time when he has to pay more money than the $5 million already, he will shut his mouth.

The first amendment right to free speech relates to responsible speech. Declaiming something as truth when it is a lie is problematic because Fox News does this continually and now is being sued and will continue to be sued for declaiming Trump won the 2020 election when in fact he lost. The lies they allowed others to speak on their programs about Smartmatic and Dominion Voting machines are resulting in huge payouts. Dominion settled. Smartmatic's case is coming up. Recently, NYC is suing Fox for its abuse of its first amendment privileges. With the privileges comes responsibility.

    "New York City’s pension funds sued the Fox Corporation and its board on Tuesday, accusing the company of neglecting its duty to shareholders by opening itself up to defamation lawsuits from the persistent broadcasting of falsehoods about the 2020 presidential election." So, what is responsible speech? It seems obvious. Knowingly spreading lies to commit fraud and dupe people out of their money or making false claims can get one sued. The problem is lawsuits take time and money and the craven know that few people want to take such litigation up. Well, Trump and his criminal cronies have become so egregious, people are saying ENOUGH.

Fox and all the conservative media have gone on LYING long enough. The chickens are coming home to roost. If news corporations persist in not debunking known lies, then they will be sued. More are in the works against Fox, OAN and Newsmax, for sure. RT and Sputnik the Russian news organizations that helped to spread defamatory opinions as "news" about Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden also should be sued. They have been shut down since Putin's War against Ukraine and his being designated and wanted as a WAR CRIMINAL in the Hague.

The conservative news media have abused their first amendment rights under the constitution by declaiming lies as truth. This is where responsibility and accountability comes into first amendment protected speech. "In my opinion..." should be the phrase-word before every declamation by conservatives in the Republican party who have lied and have not been held accountable. There speech is abusive and harmful, reckless, negligent, derelict and egregious. These liars must be held to account. Their speech is not first amendment protected. They must be challenged for their lies. The lawsuits have started; the criminals are being charged and indicted. The tide is turning.

As for the gag order Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is seeking against Donald Trump in the election case, this is just. Trump daily has been abusing his first amendment rights with bullying statements, declaiming falsehoods against the prosecutors, making veiled threats about anyone "going after him," inciting violence, and generally using his first amendment rights to 1)defame the DOJ  2)defame the judges and prosecutors in the cases against him 3)defame and insult the grand juries who indicted him, 4)discredit the process of holding him accountable for his lies. Thus, he lied and abused his first amendment privileges. And now he is lying and slandering those who are attempting to hold him to account, FURTHER ABUSING HIS FIRST AMENDMENT PRIVILEGES AND SHOWING HE WILL NOT BE STOPPED FROM BEING RECKLESS, HARMFUL, FRAUDULENT AND DEFAMATORY.

To adults understanding the criminal mind set that Trump displays, this is obviously an attempt to defend himself in the court of public opinion which in consideration reveals his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, ipso facto. If one is innocent, one doesn't rail against the those who are meting out the law and doing their job. One seeks justice if one is innocent, especially if one is white, of the privilege that Donald Trump has and has money. Trump's railing against the 4 indictments by grand juries unrelated to the current administration can be interpreted as guilt. Innocents proclaim their innocence and don't need to disparage their prosecutors.

However, Trump uses his irresponsible speech to incite violence. This is an abuse of his first amendment right. He uses his lies and fraud to discredit those who are prosecuting him. This is an abuse of his first amendment right. This is especially so SINCE HE HAS BEEN INDICTED, JURIES HAVE CHARGED HIS ACTIONS ILLEGAL AND LAW BREAKING, AND HE IS OUT ON BAIL. He is under indictment and he is out on bail and his abusive behavior warrants censure or a revocation of his bail and his privileges. As an indicted criminal his privileges have been curtailed, already. He doesn't seem to understand that because of his privilege. Well, he has to be censured so he does understand.

If Trump can't do the humiliation, then he should not have committed the crimes he did.

  Trump supports Putin. The ICC (International Criminal Court) has issued arrest warrants against Putin for war crimes and genocide.

Trump is running a campaign for president, which states are challenging since he fomented an insurrection which disqualifies him under the fourtheenth amendment. He is suing those who are suing him to keep him off the ballot. Regardless, running a campaign, Trump can discuss Republican Party issues. He cannot discuss the indictments, the cases against him. He can speak about his policies.

However, the problem is there are no policies the Republican party is putting forward. He's running on himself. Trump. Vote for me. Why? No reason, because I'm great. What have you done? I am great! Sorry, that's not enough for the American people. Apparently, his presumptions (he lies so these are lies) are enough for Republicans. Their policy is to win by any means necessary, they have no interest in helping Americans.

 The American voter knows this; they have seen enough of what the Republican Party is. The American voter has had enough. Those in the House and Senate, as Mitt Romney suggests, largely are not believers in democracy. They are believers in themselves. They are liars who swear their oaths to the constitution, but they don't believe in the constitution.

These Republicans conspired with Trump in the electors scheme where VP Pence was supposed to deny the electoral college ballots for fraud, a lie Pence refused to accept.

Donald Trump is running under the constitution and in a government he neither supports, believes in or will uphold. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? IS ANYONE WATCHING? 

Likewise most of the Republican Party is like Trump. They are derelict of duty, lazying around in Washington, DC, obstructing bills the Democrats try to pass. They give themselves and their corporate donors trillions in tax breaks while giving the bill to the middle class (and what used to be the upper middle class). They want the privileges of money they get from lobbyists and billionaires, but they are not willing to lead, to govern, to do anything but hang around derelict and kill American citizens as they largely did using politics to fight a virus, COVID, helping to spread a global pandemic in a galactic botch job by Donald Trump whom they refused to call out. 

Over one million 1 hundred thousand died of COVID-19, thanks to Donald Trump and the Republicans refusing vaccinations, spreading misinformation, etc. and still doing it today while secretly availing themselves of the most expensive treatments if they got COVID. Trump got it and charged the taxpayers over $3 million for treatments while scores of poor white men died in the hospital of COVID refusing to accept they had it. 

The privileged speech that Trump/Republicans have used is malevolent, dangerous, killing. It is not responsible. They must be held to account for the COVID -19 botch job and the misinformation that continues today about vaccines. Trump most certainly has abrogated his first amendment rights by abusing them beyond belief as a figure-head running for president. His speech is dangerous incitement. It is culturally damaging and he must be held accountable, as the Republican Party must be held accountable for their fraud and lies. 

Civil litigation must occur. Democrats must call down the lies and fraud and bullying and insults and epithets and calumny. They must sue for libel and slander, like E. Jean Carroll sued. If Trump intends to run his campaign, run it. Don't discuss the 4 indictments he is under and attack all those who are a party to those indictments, witnesses, grand juries, prosecutors, judges, etc. If he continues, he should be put in jail. He is out on bail; if the trial cannot be fairly presented, he needs to go to jail and wait until the trial dates, if he can't shut up.

Enough permissiveness. He has been given grace he does not appreciate. He has been given first amendment rights he has maligned and abused by not adhering to a constitution he refuses to uphold and refusing to be in obeisance to a government that he disrespects and intends to revolt against to form a new government of despotism, in a communist push like Putin is attempting to restore the former USSR. The judges must treat Trump as a child. He must shut up and be gagged and if he still continues, his bails must be revoked.

We have seen what he is. People have died on his watch. The country as a democracy is in jeopardy. He does not deserve to be afforded the rights of ordinary citizens because he has no respect or appreciation of what it means to be an American. Has violated his oath of office, defrauded the voters, lead a defilement of the Capitol and the election processes of this nation. He has been indicted four times. Running for president? Are Republicans insane? Get off the merry-go-round, cowards. You are being swept away by a man who despise you, your party and what you stand for. If gets in power, he will eliminate you and your positions. Republican infirmity is legion to not act to shut him up. The judges must  gag him or jail him.

Just shut up Trump. You are not worthy of the American people, the constitution, the freedoms granted within, and especially freedom of speech which has inherent in it responsibility to do no harm. You are our inferior. And as such, you and those who support you are rebuked.

In Michael Moore's latest email and his podcast on Rumble, among the other points he makes is exposing the 121 Republicans who voted to overthrow the election on the night of January 6th.  He has stated their support of Trump is treasonous and they should be removed via the 14th amendment. I would suggest that and more.

 I would suggest that as I did in the previous post, the House Republicans should be charged as accomplices to the RICO conspiracy in the Georgia indictment by Fulton County Georgia DA, Fani Willis. Days after the January 6th riot, Minority Speaker Kevin McCarthy and others supported Trump and his attempted coup.  As time progressed to the 2022 Mid Term elections, the House Republicans, winning by a slim majority continued to rail with Trump in support of his insistence that he was robbed of the 2020 election. He fund raised off his early announcement of his candidacy for the 2024 election, perhaps the earliest announcement on record.

Why?

Trump feared that he would be indicted and he anticipated that they couldn't investigate him. His calculation was wrong. Barr was no longer the head of the DOJ. Finally, AG Garland appointed the amazing Special Prosecutor Jack Smith who has worked diligently in two investigations, bringing two indictments. Trump is now indicted four times. In NYC, Mar-a-lago, Washington, DC and Georgia. What do the Republicans say? Do they censure him? Do they disavow him? Nope!

Instead, following Trump's orders, they are screaming against "the Biden Crime family." Trump initiated an investigation against Hunter Biden because there was nothing against Joe Biden that they could find; and he feared Biden would run for president and would win. He's fears came true. After five years of looking at Hunter Biden's business dealings (as an educated and qualified businessman), there was nothing. But Hunter Biden, unlike Trump went with the investigation and his lawyer established a plea deal on a gun charge (he had an unloaded gun for 11 days) and late payment of his federal taxes. Both charges are misdemeanors, but the screaming Trump and Republicans who call the four indictments against Trump a witch hunt, really are guilty of the prolonged investigation of Hunter Biden. As they project onto Hunter Biden, they are the witches and warlocks looking for anything to smear the Bidens. All lies.

The Hunter Biden investigation was initiated by Trump and carried through Barr's AG term until Trump forced him to resign for calling the 2020 election "fraud" BS.

The investigation is so derelict, it has turned up essentially nothing that no one would be charged with. No one. In fact, Biden's name has convicted Hunter of something which normally would be thrown out of court. So his name has been subjected to the Republicans' and Trump's witch hunt. Meanwhile, they point the finger while Trump's theft and cover up of Top Secret documents, his egregious lies, solicitation of officials to violate their oaths of office in the furtherance of crimes as heading up a RICO conspiracy and plot to reject the peaceful, lawful transfer of power upholding the constitution in the 2020 election has turned up 161 illegal acts and 41 counts against him leading the RICO Conspiracy in the Georgia indictment. 

Do the Republicans own up that their failed candidate is indicted four times charged with horrific crimes committed by a president while in office and running for office, one who jeopardizes the national security, still?  

No. REPUBLICANS STILL SUPPORT TRUMP'S CRIMINALITY AND ARE ACCOMPLICES TO IT. 

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy doesn't care about Trump's criminality. All he wants is to remain Speaker. Give him a gavel, 14th amendment him and let the little boy go home and play at being a big man. In his formulaic, artificial position as "Speaker" he has no power, he has no integrity, he has flouted his oath of office and thumbs his nose at God, bowing and scraping to Ozymandias (Trump). Indeed, Trump's criminality continues. Instead of shutting his mouth, he persists in stating he won 2020. He insults and defames and threatens every prosecutor who has charged him. Additionally, do you actually think that Trump turned over all the documents? He flushed his notes down the toilet at the WH, destroying any possible trail of evidence in the furtherance of things he knew would implicate him, most probably in the Mueller Investigation.

The National Archive is still looking for possible documents he may have. Is he such a truth teller that he has turned all the documents over when he lied to his lawyers, lied to Congress, has been caught lying about 2020 election fraud by DA Willis who has charged him for his crimes duping the public? So after a psychotic pattern of lying his entire life, he is having a Jesus moment and telling the truth about covering up that he has documents secreted away somewhere? Really?

And the Republicans support him. They do not decry him. He is one of the possible presidential candidates? I suggest that Republicans be held to account. They are accomplices violating their oaths of office in the furtherance of Trump's crimes. What crimes? He still insists the 2020 election was fraudulent and he fund raises off that. That is tantamount to defrauding the American public whom he would disenfranchise. Special Counsel Jack Smith most probably will incur a superseding indictment of wire fraud and clawing back the funds the RNC and Trump PACS got with begging letters for money, money, money to defend against the "illegitimate" president Biden. He still fund raises; he still screams about his vicitimization at being falsely accused in a witch hunt. He is lying. He continues to defraud. But he needs billions and he doesn't care who else he bankrupts to get power and pretend he and his properties are not bankrupt and about to go belly up.

He needs to run to get money from the RNC and the poor working citizens who are duped to believing his lies. He is running so he can be pardoned. Republicans support him. No one dares to say the charges are correct, except Chris Christie and sometimes Mike Pence as those campaigning against him. Every single candidate for the Republican primary should nail Trump's corruption, lies and criminality.

Republicans acquitted Trump. He will be found guilty by American citizens who will judge him wanting and punish him with jail time, I pray to God. Afterward, court cases will go on for years. 121 Republican members of the House and Senate voted to overturn the election on the night of January 6th. The 14th Amendment clearly states that anyone who provides aid or comfort to those who participated in an insurrection shall be permanently barred from ever holding office again. Republicans and the RNC Should be Charged as RICO Conspirators With Trump, Supporting #THEBIGLIE

The Georgia indictment by Fulton County DA Fani Willis charged Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants in a RICO conspiracy which includes 161 acts encompassing their various frauds, solicitation of officials to violate their oaths of office, signing false documents and additional lies/acts in the commission of the furtherance of crimes. What is at the root of their conspiracy and crimes? It's stated in the first sentence of the indictment. Donald John Trump lost the 2020 election. However, he and the co-conspirators (almost all of them lawyers) refused to accept the election results despite losing the over 60 court cases which rejected all Trump's claims of fraud.

Chris Krebs was fired when he stated to Trump it was the most secure election ever.

They insisted there was fraud despite overwhelming evidence of no fraud and the reports of those like Chris Krebs who stated it was the most secure election ever. For that insistence, Donald John Trump fired Chris Krebs via tweet. AG William Barr told Trump that the fraud charges in the election and the election lies were BS. Trump forced him to resign. And when Trump and his co-defendants pushed the #BigLie to their supporters, the duped militias, law enforcement from various states, all of them white nationalists who showed up January 6th to riot at the Capitol, this was part of the furtherance of the scheme to get VP Pence to reject the Electoral College ballots/votes by threatening him, then trying to have Secret Service drive him away. 

But VP Pence refused to leave at great personal risk, and he refused to deny and reject the Electoral College votes. Trump rioters outside the Capitol breached the Capitol and looked to do harm to Democrats and threatened to assassinate VP Pence.

Trump didn't immediately tweet the rioters to stop, but he waited hours while terrific damage was done by rioters. When he was told of the chants to "hang Mike Pence" Trump was sanguine. In other words, he approved the message sent to Mike Pence. He approved his assassination. He supported VP Mike Pence dying because VP Pence wouldn't reject the ballots as fraudulent. He wouldn't disenfranchise the voters of this nation, 7 million more of them who voted for President Biden in a landslide popular vote. Yes. 7 million more voters voted for President Joe Biden in the popular vote which put Biden over in the Electoral College by the same number Trump in 2016 won and said was a landslide.

Rudolph Giuliani is charged as a co-defendant of the RICO conspiracy to defraud the citizens of the US. The indictment (see link below) spells out the specific acts he is charged with.

Regardless, Joseph Robinette Biden won. DA Fani Willis states that in the Georgia indictment, asserting that there was no fraud in Georgia, despite Trump and his co-defendants screaming at the top of their lungs, the lies that there was fraud. DA Fani Willis charges them with breaking the law on 161 acts.

Republicans who supported no peaceful transfer of power. They rejected Biden's win, as if they could, while accepting their own re-election. Why is one fraudulent and the other not? Because they are greedy for power making them unfit for office. They support Trump? They should be charged as RICO accomplices; they pushed refusing Biden Electoral votes. Charge them.

Republicans in Congress and the Senate refuse to admit on National TV, Fox, OAN, Newsmax that Donald Trump has committed fraud in pushing the #BigLie, that Joe Biden is an illegitimate president, despite there being NO PROOF. Republicans have made themselves co-conspirators in the RICO conspiracy. There should be an additional indictment of these members of Congress, Speaker McCarthy, Representative Mo Biggs, Representative Marjorie Taylor Green, Representative Matt Gaetz, Representative Louie Gohmert and others who join Donald John Trump in speaking out against the indictment and supporting that Joe Biden lost the election. He did not. That lie is fraud.

Republicans who support Trump are unfit, derelict and negligent in their oaths of office. They are not upholding the constitution and the peaceful transfer of power. They uphold violence in the commission and furtherance of crimes. Trump is a four time criminal defendant. He is guilty of breaking the law. This is not a political situation. The political situation is that the Republicans think they can flout the law and help Trump continue his furtherance of crimes with their support. He is furthering his criminal acts and soliciting them to join him in stating he "won" the election when most of the country knows he lost because President Joe Biden is the President. 

As of the indictment, former AG Bill Barr has come out and said Trump lost the election and he the cases against him are strong; he obstructed justice and tried to wipe a server in the documents case. He lied, defrauded his voters and created a scheme to say the Electoral College votes were in question/fraudulent, thereby making way for VP Pence to reject the votes, throwing the vote into the House where Republicans would have voted for Trump and won.

Republicans are breaking the law which states fraud is a felony. The RNC fund raising off the fraud should be charged with a massive felony. They amassed $250,000,000 and they duped Trump supporters to support him fighting the "illegitimate president," a lie. They continue to fund raise off criminal activity that Trump is commissioning. His supporters are committing fraud as I write this supporting Trump as president. No criminal can be president. He will use the office to commit more crimes as Trump did. The position of power doesn't pardon him outright. If he is voted president, he must be tried and charged. But how since he will vitiate all in the DOJ which he has sworn to do. Democracy is at stake. The Republicans know it and the position which they swore to uphold constitutionally, daily, they violate by supporting the criminally indicted Trump. They should be charged with him or our constitution means nothing because their sworn oaths mean nothing.

Immigrants who flee to this nation have more appreciation of the United States of America than these craven. They are fit to be congressional leaders, not those Republicans in the House and the Senate who uplift the four times criminally indicted Trump who broke the law. Not censuring Trump, not acknowledging he is legally charged is a disgrace to their office and oath of office. As ridiculous as it seems, the immigrants fleeing for the US for asylum would uphold the constitution more fervently and righteously than the craven, illegitimate Republicans who are in the Trump abyss, fearful and cowering to lose power. SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING POLITICAL ACTORS SUPPORTING CRIMES. That is political. They are political. They can't give up their power; that's political.

Politics is not cause for breaking the law. What Republicans and the RNC do is political. AND, it is illegal. They are breaking the law. They are accomplices to Trump in the commission of fraud in agreeing and supporting him saying he won the 2020 election. That is a lie. That is fraud. Furthermore, the RNC and Trump PACs continue to fund raise off this fraud and scamming of the public. He lost. He says he won. The Republicans say it's a witch hunt. The legal system and the RICO conspiracy charges are fact. There are witnesses. The entire country was and is witness to Trump's furtherance of crimes and behavior still to overthrow the 2020 election. That is against the law. The Georgia indictment spells out clearly what Trump and the co-defendants did breaking the law. It is not political. They tried to call fraud when there was none. Indeed, they are the fraud. Trump's lies are fraud. He fund raises off fraud. So does the RNC. The RNC and Republicans are accomplices to the fraud a criminal act.

   The preeamble to the constitution which represents our laws. Trump/Republicans/co-defendants can't abide by the constitution and continually violate their oaths.

The Republicans must be charged with being accomplices to DJT's defrauding the electorate because they support him. They are a part of the conspiracy. They must be charged as part of the RICO conspiracy on a superseding indictment. Unprecedented? Of course. In the history of this nation such a thing has not happened on this scale and must be charged on this scale. Either the Republicans shut their mouths and silently support Trump, or their speech is not protected because it is in the furtherance of the crime to defraud the citizens of a lie to get money and also to prevent Trump going to jail for his crimes.

Republicans must be charged as co-defendants in the states where there was a submission of false electors as they continue to support DJT. Furthermore, the 14th amendment must be used to sanction Republicans who are accomplices and possible co-defendants in the RICO conspiracy in their furtherance of Trump's and co-defendants' crimes with their speech and active support and donations to the RNC. Their speech is not protected when it is in the furtherance of a criminal who has been charged with illegal acts. That he has violated his former presidential oath of office by obstructing the peaceful transfer of power and soliciting officials to break their oaths of office to the constitution in the furtherance of fraud, should disqualify him campaigning ever again for president. He is unfit, derelict, negligent, criminal in not upholding his oath of office, spreading lies, defrauding the voters and attempting to steal the election, while pointing the finger at the Democrats who stole NOTHING. 

Georgia Fulton County DA Fani Willis wrote an incredible, clear, understandable, specific indictment. She is upholding the constitution, rule of law, sanctity of our citizens' vote and voice in government, and democratic government against tyrants, despots and autocrats who would steal the peoples' rights.

The fraud was all on Trump's side and his co-defendants. All 19 of them have been charged by the DA Fani Willis of Georgia. This is not political. He and they committed crimes, for the sake of keeping power. They are political. They are on a witch hunt by threatening the DA and the Grand Jury witnesses. This is not a joke. Trump, et. al. broke the law. Speaking out and continuing to violate the law with speech that is in furtherance of a crime does nothing to help any of their cases that will be tried in a court of law. As it is in the court of public opinion, most of the voting nation is against what Trump and the co-defendants did breaking the law. These are indicted. They either turn themselves in or they will be arrested. They are going to trial. As of August 26, 2023 all have turned themselves in and for the first time in US History, a former president has a mug shot of him that was the shot against the criminal, would be despot that is heard around the world.

If the Republicans think that they can laugh and shout and carry on that Trump is innocent and that he won the 2020 election, then they should be apprised of their rights to remain silent. They are incriminating themselves as is the RNC by fundraising off #TheBigLie and Trump's PACS fundraising off defrauding the public.They support fraud? Then charge them as accomplices to fraud.

Republican Speaker Kevin McCarthy is an accomplice and is supporting DJT in his furtherance of crimes by not coming out and stating he lost 2020 and the Capitol riot was a disgrace.

Trump's silence when his supporters, who he summoned to the Capitol, threatened the life of VP Mike Pence is an additional crime of attempted assassination. He supported their action by saying nothing and allowing the riot to continue. That is negligent heart murder because people were killed. He is responsible. If he accepted Joe Biden's win, no one would have been rioting. Because he and his co-defendants refused to accept that he lost, those 7 people died on his summoning.

The rioters wanted to assassinate VP Mike Pence for not saying the 2020 election was fraudulent.

The Rise of Stalinism Witnessed in the Tragedy of Ukraine...UPDATE AND REVIEW 7/2023

UPDATE: FINLAND HAS JOINED NATO (April 2023). Sweden is in process of joining and Hungary and Turkey are undergoing the ratification process. This is a triumph of the Biden administration.  

Trump's administration was in a conspiracy with Putin to split up NATO. Considering that Trump is not a foreign policy maven and makes incredible gafts about history (Frederick Douglass is still alive and the airports were flying planes as George Washington prosecuted the Revolutionary War...how much less does he know about European history?) he was steered by Putin, most probably in Helinski or he would have made public the two hour transcript of their conversation. The conversation notes are important documents he refuses to release to the public. Those document the State Department should petition for (I know they already have, but it has become a matter of global security).

President Zelensky and his soldiers and the courage of the Ukrainian people stand against Vladimir Putin's protracted war crimes assault. They are pushing his troops back and with the help from the West and NATO, the country is standing in the face of Putin's war crimes, his soldiers lack of supplies and the Wagner Group's divisiveness which is collapsing as I write this. Putin cannot fight against Ukrainians, disaffected Russians, imprisoned protesting Russians, abused soldiers who are not paid enough to be slaughtered and a growing unrest from Russian citizens who have been bludgeoned by Putin's forces at home who haul anyone off to prison if they so much as carry a sign questioning the wisdom of Putin's war crimes in a war that is destroying him, Russia's PR around the world and Russia's future.

Putin, following Trump/Republican's covert encouragement is losing roundly. Trump's ability to destroy himself and everything he touches and supports bodes well for the US and Biden administration. The more QAnon Republicans encourage no support for Ukraine, the more Putin's hopes light up, the more he pushes the war effort, the more mistakes he makes, the more he becomes the anathema of the world, a monster who has been charged with war crimes. Will he be caught? He has increased his security detail and Moscow's security. To what end? The people may be cowed to the point of desperation. No one is speaking truth to power except Navalny and others who have been jailed. But that doesn't mean that Putin can control thoughts and the hearts of those millions who know he is a tyrant, a despot, only out for himself, a thief of Russian resources for himself and the oligarchs left who are forced to bow to him. 

He is like Macbeth who can't hear bad news and when warned by a servant of his doom, had the servant taken out and shot. Thus, those toadies who surround him, only tell him what he wants to hear. He controls their tongues, but not their minds. Such minds are clever and create plots. One of them will succeed. He will either be deposed or killed. A choice may or may not be given to him. With the latest fiasco with the head of the Wagner Group, the fake message written by Putin's sycophants. The head has been silenced from speaking his mind. What comes out over the airwaves and videowaves is not what he truly thinks. It is what Putin wants out there to save face.

Putin has already lost. Not listening to the truth, he has destroyed himself. We are looking at a dead man walking around like a zombie. If he thinks that Trump will save him? Not on the watch of the American people. Now that Finland is a part of NATO and Sweden is next, Putin has accomplished much for the West. Perhaps, he is for the West after all? In any case, Ukraine is joining the EU. It is only a matter of time before Ukraine joins NATO and the despot of Belarus goes the way of mortal flesh. He is not a young man. Zelensky and the Ukrainians are on the side of decency and humanity. Their Christianity is apparent. QAnon Republicans, Trump, Putin's evil is also apparent. 

The faux Christians in this nation if they have any heart toward Christ need to wake up and see why they can't prosper as long as they support the crude, craven likes of MTG, and the other QAnons who support Trump/Putin. God is not mocked.

Since Vladimir Putin began his invasion of Ukraine for no reason except he wanted the rich resources and revenue the Republic produced from wheat and grain to rare minerals for computer chips, to lithium, metals and more, the U.S. has been stymied by Putin's extortion and blackmail. He threatens to use nuclear weapons if anyone interferes with his genocide of Ukrainians, as many as possible, so the country will heel to his atrocities and campaign of terror. As the US did with the Shah of Iran, we offered to get President Zelensky out of Ukraine to safety. Shockingly, Zelensky showed incredible courage that very few in the Western democracies or Putin himself dare to imagine for themselves. He responded with great will and fervor:

"I don't need a ride. I need ammunition."

These words shamed everyone who came under their power. Zelensky, who is now a hero with a price on his head, is one of the foremost leaders of the free world which is being held hostage by Putin's nuclear weapons threat. Ukraine is undaunted and incorrigible against Putin's soldiers and is regaining towns around Kyv while not presently free of the Russian invaders who are there to prevent democracy, free elections, the right to bare arms, free speech, free media and a free press. They are there to oppress Ukrainians to the death. It is, a policy Stalin used when Ukraine made a bid to be a Republic in 1932-33. What did Communist Stalin do? He confiscated all of Ukraine's wheat and foodstuffs and forced Ukrainians to starve closing them off from food supplies. The event is known as Holodomor.

The free world didn't come to Ukrainians aid then. So they starved. They dropped dead where they walked. And Ukrainian friends tell me if babies were born at that time, some Ukrainians were forced into cannibalism to try to stay alive. This is well known in Russian History, a warning to all who would brook Stalin and subsequent leaders. The baby cannibal story was used against Hillary Clinton. This is where it came from-the horrors of Holodomor projected on Hillary so that Putin wouldn't have to deal with "that nasty woman" as president and instead could manipulate his puppet Trump, making the US. and Republican party his satellites as he lured them with treats of money and whatever (stores of vodka?).

Stalin's terrorism at Holodomor in Ukraine killed 7-10 million. Those who died immediately had mercy. Others died of malnutrition slowly and the diseases that come with a weakened immune system. After this starvation genocide, Stalin invited in the Russians to live in the area and clean it up. Willingly they did and stayed. This is why Ukrainians speak Ukrainian and Russian, thanks to Stalin's revenge and prevention of a "free" Ukraine, then. The same type of genocide is happening now, but it is more horrific if that is imaginable. And it is intended to be imaginable to the world which watches.

Putin's desire to be a Stalinistic communistic leader which has been cleverly subverted until 2014, has come into full bloom with the Ukrainian spring. His plan to return Ukraine as one of the Republics of the the former USSR has thus far gone badly. But the West must not continue to be lulled: that 1) he is ill and isolated and on his way out  2)the "conflict" can end through negotiation. The West must understand the communistic Stalinist lurking behind the old image of Putin with his oligarchs and semblance of deal making with the West at World Forums, UN meetings and the Helinski meeting in 2018 a sham of the first order.

Putin knows war and fighting off "terrorists" consolidates power. He did it before in the 21st century in Chechnya and Syria, the Moscow Theater hostage crisis, the Beslan School Hostage Crisis and his war in Georgia and annexation of the Donbas region and Crimea. He's trying to expan his war to take over all of Ukraine. Though he would be the last to say it's communism (the word and policy has been banned in Russia, dontcha know) but that's what it is.

Under communism, "everyone" shares the little given with the cream rising to the top engineered autocratically by a dictator in one man rule. During Stalin's paranoid time, he eliminated any and all adversaries. He surrounded himself with lackeys, then trusted no one. He murdered upwards of 50 million Russians counting Holodomor and his Gulag. Putin is channeling Stalin in his approach to his inner circle and his ruling Russia alone. Lying about the Russian people's support, Putin propagandizes his popularity creating Nazi justifications for his war with Ukraine. But it is unclear the extent Russians believe him.

In the past, he gave his oligarchs the "right" to their power and companies supporting them, but he controlled the wealth. He killed oligarchs who didn't let him control them. Thus, confusion about Putin's economic policies reigned and the West fed at the money he through his oligarchs offered. Belonging to the United Russia Party which really has stood for nothing has probably changed. Putin's plan to continue consolidating power using handpicked lackeys as his Prime Ministers if he has to continues. Having changed the constitution numerous times, he will step down in 2036 at 83-years old.

 Because of Putin's war in Ukraine, I don't think he will last. On the global stage, there are only a few countries that support him. For the rest, his war crimes are anathema. His puppets like former President Yanukovych don't work anymore in Ukraine or elsewhere. Activists want free elections. Since the Orange Revolution which empowered the Ukrainian people to their stance today, they will be free of Russian oppression if not tomorrow, the next day or the next.

But the cost of Putin's war is already great though the Ukrainians believe the price of freedom is incalculable. Ukrainians want their own land for themselves, their resources, their treasures. They want Putin and his propagandized, frightened terrorists out of their country. If they are there to rape women in front of their own children? The world condemns Putin and Russia's name is blackened. If soldiers rape pregnant women and burn them alive, it is to effect Stalinistic terror to show how brutal Putin can be.

The West must understand Russia's history with Ukraine, with Holodomor, with placing dangerous power plants in Ukraine, the disposable people, and covering up the Chernobyl disaster killing hundreds. The West must understand Putin is not worthy to be a leader who destroys his own people for the sake of world domination, an ultimate goal. Putin is there to destroy everything in a scorched earth policy, taking down historic buildings, beautiful tourist plazas, companies. In short, Putin is there to annihilate everything in a genocide that says if I don't rule you, I will leave you with nothing to rule for yourselves. I'll wipe out your history, your beauty, your being.

As a monster, Putin has rampaged while the US and allies quail in fear not providing air cover as Zelensky has requested which would stop the destruction of the elderly, women and children. The war crimes uncovered in Bucha, a suburb of Kyiv, execution style murders, rapes, burnings, mass graves Putin will continue in the Donbas, beautiful Odessa, Crimea. We must help Ukrainians stop the slaughter or we are accountable.

 Imagine Mariupol as a desolate vast underground concentration camp. Citizens can't leave their basements or they'll be shot or bombed. Underground they die of dehydration, disease, weakened immune systems, without medications for chronic illnesses. They starve to death, just like during Holodomor. If children are with the elderly and mothers in these basements, what horrors are they going through watching each other die: no heat, electricity, mobile, unable to get medicine, food, water?

We know this is monstrous brutality. But is it not greater brutality not to give Ukrainians the help they need to stop it? Are we not fighting for our own freedom from being Putin's hostage? Indeed, Ukrainians are doing a better job than the cowardice exhibited by Republicans and Democrats alike.
